The company was established and began work on its first project—a 14-story building located at 156 Alexander Pushkin St, Batumi. It was completed in 2018, and all units are sold out. The company successfully completed two subsequent projects at 60 and 100 Parnavaz Mepe St, where all apartments are also sold.
